Arrival and departure time
Please contact us by email a few days before the start of your stay to confirm your arrival time.
A deposit of €500 via bank transfer is required to confirm the reservation. The balance of the rental fee is due at least one week before your arrival.
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.
Starting in 2027, year-round, weekly rentals (7 nights).
Low season
From November to February.
Booking possible for a week-end (Friday to Sunday) and minimum 2 nights during the week.
Hight season
From March to October and French school Holidays : minimum 7 nights.
Our pricesPets
Our 4-legged animal friends are welcome (2 max).
Our friends are gladly accepted if they tolerate free cats from Strouanne.
For dogs, please bring a basket.
- A deposit of 200€ for weekends and 400€ for weeks is required to confirm any booking request. Without this deposit within 7 days of our email confirming availability, the booking will not be confirmed.
- In the event of cancellation for any reason less than 3 months before the start of the rental period, the deposit will not be refunded.
