Prices 2025
All these prices are valid for 2 adults and minor children. These prices include charges (tourist taxes, water, electricity), this is why the presence of additional adults (adult children, friends, etc.) must be reported and paid on arrival.
Extra adult price: 40€ / 1 night (minor children free).
For unexpected nights during the rental period, they will be payable at the end of the stay.

To read before booking
- For a stay of 4 nights or less including a weekend, the price of a weekend + the number of additional nights will be charged.
- All bookings require a deposit cheque for 50% of the rental price. This deposit cheque will be returned to you on departure (after checking that the house is in good condition).
- If you leave the pre-booked house prematurely, no refund will be made.
- Dogs are accepted if they tolerate the free cats of Strouanne.
Appointment
Please contact us a few days before your arrival to confirm the time of our
to confirm the time of our meeting at the Strouanne house.
We will show you the house and give you the keys. The balance of the rent must be paid on arrival.
Arrival from 4:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 12:00 p.m.
Your deposit cheque for the amount of the rental will be returned to you
on your departure (after checking that the house is in good condition).
