Prices 2027
All these prices are valid for 2 adults and minor children. These prices include charges (tourist taxes, water, electricity), this is why the presence of additional adults (adult children, friends, etc.) must be reported and paid on arrival.
Extra adult price: 60€ / 1 night (minor children free).
Weekly rental (7 nights), from Friday at 4 pm to Friday at 11 am.
Any unforeseen nights spent by additional adults during the rental period must be paid for at the end of the stay.

And outside school holidays (France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany)
Mid-season: February, March, April, May, June, September, October and December

To read before booking
- If you leave the pre-booked house prematurely, no refund will be made.
- Dogs are accepted if they tolerate the free cats of Strouanne.
- A deposit of 500€ is required to confirm any booking request. Without this deposit within 7 days of our email confirming availability, the booking will not be confirmed.
- The balance is due at least one week before the start of the rental period.
- In the event of cancellation for any reason less than 2 months before the start of the rental period, the deposit will not be refunded.
Appointment
Please contact us by e-mail a few days before the start of your stay to confirm your arrival time.
The balance of the rental must be paid before arrival.
Check-in is on Friday from 4.00 pm.
On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 11.00 am.
